The Wave Transit Hiring Process

  • All job openings are posted internally before applications are accepted from the general public.
  • If an open position is not filled internally the position will be posted on the website along with a link to the appropriate employment application.
  • Applicants must complete an employment application and submit it to the company via the website or by mail to:

  • All submitted applications are given to the appropriate Department Director for their consideration.
  • Following their review, each Department Director will call qualified applicants for an interview.
  • Once a candidate is selected by the Department Director, their application will be forwarded to the Director of Human Resources who will contact the candidate to set up their pre-employment physical.
