    The Wave Transit System is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied benefits of its services based on race, color, or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. Civil Rights complaints must be filed within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.

    Instructions: If you would like to submit a Civil Rights complaint to The Wave Transit System (WTS), please fill out the form below and send it to: The Wave Transit System, Attn: Civil Rights Officer, 110 Beauregard St., Suite 104, Mobile AL 36602, or, to the Federal Transit Administration Office of Civil Rights, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, Attn: Complaint Team, 1200 New Jersey., SE, Washington, DC 20590.
